Rip Off

I went to Carnival on the 4/09 to play bingo then after i played the 5 cent panda machine in the smoking section closest to the bar and what a dame rip off i want to know why i put in R 12 000-00 in a 5 cent machine and could not even get a bonus for more than R 80-00 at a time and yes i know if sounds stupid to put that kind of money through a machine but when you are willing to play that kind of money then you at-least expect something back in return not less than R 80-00 for R 12 000-00 that is a dame rip off and Carnival need to see to that dame machine as it is not only the first time that this has happened. I was told by staff to report the issue but i told them that i have in the past and i was told if i don't like it then i must go to another casino, so what do i do? go to another casino or stay at Carnival as a platinum player and get an answer, i want an answer as to be honest i love carnival but i don't like being ripped off by the system. Panda is my favorite machine but if i have to keep putting that kind of money through the machine then i would rather not play it at all. If carnival does not believe this then pull a report, i just want an answer.
