Hi, please advise Why we cannot activate/deactivate DSTV cards on the DSTV Care online system - we were able to and now when we try today = it is not allowing us. After speaking to numerous people at the call centre, who are not willing to help. We are told to put the instruction on a letterhead and fax.
Please advise if this is correct. The online system has been a blessing, as we manage many properties and activate/deactivate the decoders according to occupancy.
Please could someone get back to me and assist in this matter - as you can imagine the administration of faxing is timeconsuming and faxes get lost.
