Multichoice to check credited supplie

How can Electro-Sat be your credited supplier if they do not promote your product? DSTV did not have signal, called them. I agreed to the R390 call out fee. Kallie the installer arrived, used my ladder and replaced the INB @ R375 and a "point" @ R300 Paid R1065-00 cash for this. (the installer was not aware of "new" price)

I am a widow. I infomed my son and he wanted to know why they did not replace with new. I called Electro-Sat, new DSTV and installation is R650. Spoke to Lillian, promised to call back - nothing. I called and asked to speak to owner, was informed that Paul was busy and would call me- nothing, sent him a fax asking him to call me - nothing.

This is unethicall. How can they be a Multichoice credited supplier if they work this way. They do not promote DSTV, they just want to repair and pocked the extra money. I would like Multichoice to investigate and give me feedback please.
