STILL WAITING ON INSTALLATION

On sunday 07.07.2013 i purchased a toptv decoder and was informed by the call centre agent that they will install it within 24 hours. however its tuesday and sill i have not received any feedback from them.

i feel that if this is the case they should give me my money back and take the decoder. its pointless having it and not being able to make use of it
