Awesome service for the 1st time

I called the call centre on Tuesday evening at about 19.10 to change my package and had the pleasure of speaking to Thandeka Mazibuko, she was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I usually put off my calls to the call centre because it usually ends with me highly irate because the agent is rude and has a simply dont care attittude but today Thandeka gave me hope that there are some capable ppl in the call centre. I just want to say thank you to her it was a pleasure dealing with such a polite and knowledgeable person. DSTV management you need to look after staff of that calibre. Thandeka you rock, with the attitude you have you will certainly go places girl!!!
