SD PVR REBOOTING ALL THE TIME

What is going on DSTV Multichoice???

Why is my SD PVR rebooting all the time???

Sick and tired of it!!!

Today it rebooted and rescanned about 7 times and it takes such a long time to rescan.
This is not what we are paying so much money for!!!

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN!!!

And don't tell me to take my PVR in as this is always what I get told when there are problems and it is never my PVR that is the problem but the Scanning Dept or Programming or Software dept.

When I phone in nobody can help me either.

SICK AND TIRED OF THIS INEFFICIENCY!!!
