Worst company in the world

I am a DSTV subscriber, acc no 07790708. Because of financial problems i cannot pay my DSTV subscriptions any more. my account is in arrears so i decided to sell my decoders to someone else. Guess what, i cant! Because there is still outstanding amount on my account t i am not allowed to! And on 2 separate occasions their call center attendants told me its no problem they will transfer it to the new owner and my account will stay i my name to be paid as soon as possible. Today if did the change of ownership and they blocked it saying i am committing because i still owes them money!!!
