Sister-in-Law opened account on my fiance's Name

My Sister in Law Michelle Riekert Contact Number: 072 789 7097 opened an Multichoice DSTV account in my fiance's name with my Fiance's ID number and Full name details, without we knowing. We opened a case against her and try to get information from Multichoice regarding the account and who opened the account so that we can use it in court. We are struggeling to get hold of Multichoice and still they refuse to give my fiance the information or Full Contract Document on this account nr: 68673085. The account shows all my fiance's correct information but she really did not opened the account. According to Multichoice Richardsbay KZN South Africa, the account has been transferred to different names on numerous occasions. We need the information for Constable W.M. Zondo of the Richardsbay Police station for further investigation. But we have no luck so far. Every time we just end up using more money on airtime. We need someone to assist us in this case or matter to get faster response and help. Multichoice cant just open or transfer accounts to other peoples names etc and just accept that it is legal. The account were opened approx. between 10am and 11am on 28 March 2013.
