This morning I wanted to cancel my Xtraview function becasue I dont use it anymore; this was to save the ridiculous R70 per month you charge for it too; only to be told it would make no difference to my monthly bill as I was now going to "pay foor the privilege of using a PVR decoder"

Really???!!! Read a book on ethical behaviour. You will be surprised how grossly unfair that practice is!!!

And I'm sure you already have a "standard corporate response" ready for this complaint. All in a day's work. Does your CEO even CARE that people complain???
