This is now ridiculous... Every month I have to write a complaint on Hello Peter to complain that you dont send me my Dish book and every month you say that next month I will receive it because the previous person did not tick the box or some stupid excuse.

Please call me so that I can cancel my subscription as you people are freaken useless
