Worst customer service I ever had!

I wanted to organize a day of Quad biking for me and 7 friends. I phoned Jaco to get prices and book the day, after which he told me he would phone me right back. After several hours I still haven't received a call-back from Jaco. I phoned him again and again told me he would phone me back. And yet again hours went by with no call from him. I tried to phone a third time but got no answer. I then phoned the alternative number and also got no answer. As if that wasn't enough I also sent them an email asking what the problem was and that I would appreciate a call-back. 2 days later I still haven't heard from them. I must say that this is by far the worst customer service I've had in my whole life. If the service is so bad just to get a booking from them I definitely don't want to know how bad the whole experience would have been. Thankfully I found a place that were friendly and supportive.
