Online Booking Fail

Booked online tickets because I knew my partner and I would be a few minutes late for the movie (Ref: 10182935) only to find our seats were sold. Not only that the ticket sales lady, Dineo, took her own time strolling to go get the supervisor as if she was doing us a favour. When the supervisor eventually came the movie was about ha;f way, the cinema was fully booked and even if they had moved the people out of our seats the movie had already built up. What a waste of time!
