No After Service

About a month and a half ago we called 247 electrical to do some electrical work at our offices. We were very impressed with there service as they were the only Company to come to our offices to see what our requirements were. They came and did the work, 2 days later the one light they repaired broke again we sent them a email requesting the electrician to come back and sort out the light, we never heard from them. sending numerous emails to their office, only to find out two weeks later that the lady is on leave and we must call Jaco directly, which we did, Not having any luck there He never answered his phone. I finally got hold of Stephanie last week Thursday, and was informed she will ask Jaco to phone me me, Today is Tues and have still not heard from Him. I phoned the office this morning asking for the owners name and Tel Number only to be told that Jaco is the owner and she has given him the message and there is nothing more she can do, then put the phone down in my ear, now she refuses to answer my calls.
