Moving To smaller cinema

We went to go watch Grown Ups Two. We went into the cinema five minutes into the movie the movie stops playing. They then inform us of technical difficulties and move us into a smaller cinema of which had no space to accomodate everyone, the screen is then small where in parts of the movie you were unable to see the actors/actresses faces. Other people left as there was no space for them to sit all together.
