Ster-Kinekor
Unacceptable Service

On the night of the 05/05/2013 my girlfriend and i went to watch Iron Man 3 3D at the Ster-Kinekor at Gateway shopping centre. This was the last show which was at 20:30. We were an hour into the movie and it just went off. We waited for 20 minutes and we were then told that the movie will resume shortly. After a further 15 minutes the movie came back on but it was further than where it had initially stopped. This was unacceptable and all the people in the cinema had woken up and left including myself. The manager on duty had just told us that there is nothing he can do. A few minutes later, he told us that we must comeback another day and he just wrote his name on the torn tickets and just signed it. This is unacceptable and very poor service
