Bad service

I purchased a top tv decoder last thursday 25/04/2013 and have been calling for an instalation ever since

I call them atleast three timesa day to speak to a consultant who will give me an installer'sw number that does not have the equipment or does not work on certain days.

I have been begging all their so called installers to come but none show up.

I just want to take their decoder back, they are just totaly useless no wonder their client base is not increasing.

I have wasted my own airtime to call them daily and i get the same lame excuse that the matter will get excalated to the supervisor who never seems to have a name.

Top TV should just shut down i will stick to multichoice they do not deserve my hard earned money.
