What a Waste! FOUR WEEKS AND NO DSTV

Recreation & Entertainment

I Purchased a decoder from PEP stores about four weeks ago, extremely excited because of the sales pitch I received."Just sms your postal code and/or suburb to this number and they will send you an installers details" I waited and waited for that sms for a week. So I called in, spend about R200 on airtime without getting through! I was contacted after asking to be called back on the dstv website. I explained everything to them, they would hook me up with an accredited installer within no time. I received a list of installers instead. I contacted the two closest to me, one, not answering their mails or phone, the other saying they do not do installations. Back to calling DSTV. The next person told me I would be contacted by an installer within 48 hours. Still waiting. Got another email though, the same list. I'm beyond frustrated right now. I waited so long to purchase a decoder, because I'm sceptical by nature. Having all my fears confirmed.well. There's just no words to describe how disgusted I am with this "service". My last attempt earlier today was to contact an installer closest to me. The lady listened to me until I said I bought it at PEP. She then told me they don't do those.
