I am an Installer for TOPTV, Lately they have all sorts of excuses when needed to make payments to installers. Payments come late. We as installers need to buy all equipment out of our own pockets, and claim back. Now TOPTV owe me for 3 payments again. 1st they said that payments to 2 of these jobs were paid out. I called my bank and it was confirmed that no payments was made from TOPTV. So I e mail them about it. It took 3 days for them to answer me back and made a statement that it was their fault, and that payment again was made on the 29th of July 2013. Up to date and confirmed by my bank no payment from TOPTV was made. Isn't this? Anyway now they just bluntly ignore my e-mails or correspondence. I believe that if they did not pay me or if I did not yet received payments for my work done and my equipment, that this equipment still belong to me. So I feel like taking off my dishes from these clients, they can then sort it out with toptv. Man I would even advice them to switch to DSTV and if they have a decoder I will install to them FREE of charge.(this is how i feel right now)!! If there is any other installers out there having the same problems please rapport it!!
