Have been trying to get my decoder activated for the past couple of days. After numerous attempts to get through to the call centre (which you hold on forever) l must have sent over 20 emails only to get a response at 2050hrs today (10/12/2013). l am asked to provide installers four digit number after explaining that l had a relative install the dish the consultant says they can't activate me. Does this me that for me to watch Starsat l need to get an installer when the dish has locked onto the signal. l really think that is pathetic reasoning. Starsat remember l am not begging for your services l am a willing potential client.
