Failure to repay deposit

I was a tenant of Latskys for 3 years during which I paid my rent on time. I gave notice, obliged by showing prospective tenants around the property when no agent from Latsky's was available. During my tenancy I reported several faults, the majority of which were still not repaired when I vacated the property on March 1st 2013. I was tolerant when their organisation did not keep appointments that we made for them to assess the minor work that was required, because this was due to the high winds and hail that had caused damage to properties under their jurisdiction. They explained to me that I would have my deposit after April 7th. I enquired on the 10th and was told the matter was with their accounts department.By the 16th I had not rec'd payment, so I enquired again to be told there was a problem with the branch sort code that I had supplied. Note that I enquired. I was NOT contacted by them. I resupplied the branch code, along with the physical address (again), and the swift code. It's now the 23rd April and I have not been paid. I've just been to their offices to be met by a waffling secretary. DO NOT USE LATSKYS. THEY ARE THE FAWLTY TOWERS OF REALTY MINUS THE LAUGHS.
