Worst service ever experienced

Broken window, exposed sprinkler wires, barren dilapidated garden, profusely leaking outside tap, broken kitchen cupboards, broken air-conditioning etc reported for repair since february with no improvements done as of yet. Poor/ non-existent communication channels with only multiple complaints yielding a response of any sort. I am truly disappointed in the whole situation and will advise people to steer clear of any dealings with this company. I informed them of my grievances and was told that because they were not able to contact the owners, that the did not have any money to perform these tasks listed above. I asked them if I could then be relieved of my contract and they refused to give me my deposit back if I left the contract.
