When I moved in there where several things that was broken and needed fixing Out of my own pocket I spend almos R3000 on things to fix My deposit was R4800 for this place plus the first month of rent The things that I replaced and fix were as follow. The bedroom door was broken, I bought a new on with slot and handle that cost me over a R1000, the tap outside, R300, was repalced because it was leaking water and pushed up the water acoount by R200, the pipe underneath the sink was leaking R180, the washing line was falling over and loose, fixed that, R400, the tiolet sytem was broken and water kept on running into the tiolet, R250, sealed the kitchen basin, water leaking into the cupboards. filled up all the holes and broken places on walls, R200, As you can see the amount that I spend was a lot Now she refuse to give my deposit back when I moved out on 29 september 2013
