Rented Le Roc 5 - everything broken

We rented Le Roc no 5 from Cyberview Letting for the period 6 -11 Jan 2014. The follwoing items in the unit was broken: air conditioning, oven, alarm, tumble drier. On arrival we reported it to the owner Inus who ensured us everything will be repaired the next day. Nothing was repaired after numerous promises that the repair company was on its way. We stayed for 5 days without an oven. The owners response "I tried everything i could". We were also promised a refund but haven't received anything yet. I would recommend you never use Cyberview Letting or rent Le Roc no 5 unless you want to waste R2000 per night.
