Falsely accused of breaching contract

I am currently renting a property and was told BY THE OWNERS wife 2 months after moving in that i need to evict the property before or by the 1 November 2013. This was extremely frustrating after moving AND signing a 12 moth contract with Just letting in centurion west. The owner then gave written notice that to Just letting in centurion west that we need to give 30 days' notice with no penalties when we ready to leave which we have done now. Just letting and their seniors (Just property group) have turned this around (after having a email from Just letting we wont pay penalties) and have said I the tenant have breach the contract and now I have thousands of rands now to pay in penalties fees. Just Letting DO NOT LISTEN TO TEANTS, they tell you you dont know what you are talking about and put phones down in the clients ear!!! They just want you to move in as quickly a possible TAKE YOUR MONEY and never want to hear from you again. This will be the last time i EVER do business with them and i urge everyone to do the same to avoid all of the nonsense and i wouldn't want my enemies to go through.
They are the worst, Unethical, don't care attitude estate agents on the market.
