Poor quality

Hi Summercon,

I purchased a bachelor flat at sunset boulevard around the beginning of 2012. Almost immediately, I had to replace the thermostat (which was dealt with quickly) and at the beginning of 2013, I've had to replace the entire geyser.

This was done on the 7th of January, it is now the 8th of April and the geyser has once again stopped working (hot water). I called the supplier, Quickheart, who have informed that their electrical warranty only lasts for two months.

I find this unacceptable given the fact that I ask a decent amount for rent and my tenant deserves better than this. I will think twice before trusting that your company avoids cutting corners in the construction process.
