Helena Human of Cape Route Properties has illegally collected and retained the rent for May 2013, of our property in Albertinia. To date this money has not been paid over. We anticipate that she will also collect the rent for June 2013, as we are in Cape Town. Although the tenants (who are blind) were informed via the daughter (who deposits the rent money) that rent is to be paid into our account, this daughter, Connie Dalton, is also an unregistered agent working under the same property name, and is hand-in-hand with Helena Human, thus assisting in illegally taking rent money that is not due to Helena Human.

A charge of has now been lodged with the SAPS.
