Rawson puts me on the street

People I know had to terminate a lease agreement prematurely on a property I wished to rent. We made contact and explained that I wanted to rent the property upon termination of their contract. Since they (the previous tenants) had already found a new tenant (me) no marketing would be required. It first took them a week to respond on our emails which they only send a blank application form stating no amounts regarding deposit money. I send back the application form the same day requesting confirmation regarding the rent and deposit money only to be informed the next day the property has been leased to other tenants. I have already given notice at my current address and will find myself on the street due to the way Rawson has handled this matter. My only explanation is that they were earmarking the property for someone else from the beginning.
