I moved into my unit (unit 110) sometime in August of 2012, and I never received ANY Statement from them until November, not long after they took me to the lawyer and started charging me and sending letters of demand. I mean really now where do they thing we get this money from??? They should have at least given me enough time to adjust and make the payments.
My last payment to them R1200 .00 6 march should have settled the account, to my surprise I'm still being charged "collection commission". I this is just a money making scheme...

Secondly

My statement is broken into 2, Levy standard (334.92) and Domestic effluent (R219.03), I have requested they send me a statement for sewer so a can lodge a complain with the minicipality because I believe we are being charged way too much... they say I must query the municipality directly. I mean how do I do that because I don't have the account with the municipality for Sewer??? They don't want to give me the account for the sewer.

When I phone the Municipality they say with the amount im paying that should include water but yet again we are using prepaid water?
