Joburg Water CLAIMED they attended to blocked sewe

Ref 8001487690 was reported on Fri 16 August to the Joburg Municipality.
On Mon 19 Aug 09h30, I reported that this was still not attended to.
I called again at 15h30 as the sewer was getting significantly blocked. I was then told that the job was closed at 10h25 this morning by Hamburg office as "attended to".
I am constantly at my home and had zero presence from the Joburg Water body.

I was issued with another reference no 8001490522 at 05h30 and again am told that it will take another 24hrs.

I called the Hamburg Foreman's number to complain on 011 472 6003, a number I received from the Joburg Water when I called at 15h30. This number just rings, so I have to live with a blocked sewer yet another day. 4 days now and by tomorrow, 5days!

How is this acceptable?
