I am sick of the bad treatment from huurko

Yesterday I went to my apartment and my key wouldn't open, I went to the care taker and he mentioned he can't do anything about it and he couldn't even give me contacts of people who are responsible of such matters. My aunt then called huurkor properties and spoke to Wendy who had the most horrible attitude. When my aunt told her about the situation with the key already she had shifted the blame on our side without even coming to analyse the situation. They changed our locks before and the new keys they gave us did work until now, and I'm also tired of the harassment we receive from their securities, I do not understand how a security guard can decide who visits me and who doesn't as if I stay at a student complex. Especially for the amount of money I pay for rent. What kind of landlord doesn't have a handy man in case of emergencies? Even my apartment hasn't been fixed inside from the time I moved in, a quotation was made and the walls were fixed, but the plugs and tiles remain the same. They never cater to my complains but when they want their rent money they sit on your necks. I'm their customer here and I have had it with their attitude and incompetence.
