We had a lease with the above mentioned rental leasing agency. When we we took occupation of the flat we immediately alerted the agent of a non working kitchen light, that was in January 2013, it took several emails for their maintenance department to attend to the problem in September 2013. The person dealing with us was only interested in the payment of rent and even mentioned that she doesn't have anything to do with maintenance and I must see to finish. My kids had to endure the inconvenience of using a kitchen that had no light for eight months using their cell phones' lights to cook.
In the midst of all we then told that we had to vacate the flat without any option by the end of December 2013. This we did and taking back the keys to the agency we were told that another set of keys have been made and the locks have been changed and we were going to billed for that whereas they closed at 14h00 on new year's eve when we moved furniture out.
We are then told that we have to submit proof that we have paid a rental deposit before we can get a refund, we couldn't have been given the keys without submitting such.
