Worst service yet!

After 12 months renting from them my electricity gets gut off due to there non payments to the Body Corporate. This was for February 2013 - lost my months frozen good and all meat-took them 3 days to sort out and the discomfort my 2 kids sat with regarding tasks, studies and home work it did not bother them at all! This month after notifying them in advanced of the letter that was send to the owner of the property I am letting, the electricity was cut off again on Monday - 18/03/2013- again to the levies that was still not paid up to date. Late Tuesday afternoon they contacted me telling me it is my fault for I havn't paid my accounts! I got all proof and gave to them, till now no reply, no changes. I need to pay R600 contract fee, but they don't keep their side. There is so much more complaints. They charge R30 for sms they send, R250 for a emailed letter, if they don't receive their money before the 1st of each month. What about my losses for the last to months - meat R900, vegies R200, take away R750, cellphone expenses R450???
