Electricity cut off

We have a contract for the past year with just lgetting, first it took us 4 months to sort ADT which we paid for and never had the service, last month after never being late on rent had a locksmith that tried to evict us saying that our rent was not paid, today city power cut the electricity due to rates not paid, our electricity usage paid directly unto just letting account never late
