BAD ATTITUDE/BILLING ACCOUNTS

First of all we signed a rental lease agreement with Just Letting to pay monthly rental along with the electricity portion of utilities, then all of a sudden approximately 5 months down the line, they tell us we are also liable for utilities such as levies, water, sewage, refuse (which according to our knowledge is normally for the cost of the owner), furthermore we contacted Just Letting, and told them this is not what we signed for, now we have subsequently cancelled the contracted and the utilites (i.e. the one's we did not agree to pay) are now been demanded to be paid as well as certain costs (damages) that we ourselves did not cause to the property and we did highlight this to just letting at inception date - like painting the walls, fan that is broken (normally for the owner's cost), so when cancelling the lease, the admin manger a Nicolle Morris was not willing to be helpful at all but instead responds with a bad attitude and we now need a serious intervention or solution as we will not pay for something we did not agree to, and thus far emails are going back and forth with Just Letting but no conclusion is being reached? kindly advise?
