GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

My property is being rented out through JL, from day one I have had endless problems with them, now that my tenants lease has expired, they have been holding part of my rental (R6500.00) with them and refusing to give me any explanation or reasoning behind it. The tenant and I have both advised them that the lease will not be renewed and still they are keeping MY money with them. They do whatever they please, make decisions for me and do not consult on any issues regarding MY PROPERTY and yet I am paying them a fee. I am the one always following up, its costing me time and money. JL is also holding the tenants deposit and he is claiming it from me. JL does not want to pay it back although he vacated the property. I am utterly disgusted with the conduct from a so called professional company.
