Management Fee - RIP Off

We are looking for a place to rent. We searched Private Property and found a rental. The cell number does not work, upon messaging the "owner" I received an email from Movein Property Management.

I was informed that I need to pay R350 in order to view the property. It was explained that I could view any of the properties on their database, however area in which I was looking only had one listing that suited me.

I was told that the owners get to advertise for free and they make their money from prospective tenants viewing. There doesn't appear to be any guarantees that they will find a suitable rental. There is a 3 month membership. Neither the landlord nor tenant need the membership. The landlord needs a tenant asap and wont wait 3 months. The tenant won't sign a lease for less than a year and certainly wont be looking for a rental for 3 months.

In my view both the landlord and tenant lose on this arrangement as I wont pay the R350 and the landlord is losing prospective tenants.
