Water flooding up my bath tub and toilet

I have a serious complaint and very angry. About 3 weeks back me and my neighbor @ the Park Towers Flats in Rink street Central came home to a flooded flat water coming up the bath tub and toilet and flooding into the entire flat. The landlords assistants were very inconsiderable all they did was moan and groan about people shoving things down the toilet, we offered rooms but those rooms were in a terrible state, they were dirty and had no blinds on the windows meaning I can't sleep or use the room. Our rooms were fixed and they claimed to have found a full toilet roll and sanitary objects which I didn't argue even though I knew I was not guilty of either. Two days ago same thing happened again and the entire floor is flooded and they did not even come up to see what is wrong or what has been damaged or even care enough to find out where me and my neighbors have been sleeping the entire weekend. When I called Tyrone (landlords) assistant he asked me if he knows me and told me, and my neighbors that they won't be cleaning or washing our carpets because this will make the company broke, he even mentioned that
