Masilo from Phakama is a shyster and prevaricates!

Masilo took a 7000 Rand deposit, arrived 3 days late, his plumber flooded one of my rooms by opening plumbing joint while water main was open. His plasterers plastered cracks that did not bond with the bricks and walls and the plaster is hollow and not solid. he was supposed to paint matching paint colour over the cracks this is not done. The cornice in the bathroom was to the be installed "right round" according to his quote and he only installed 1 edge. In another bathroom he was to replace the shower base, when we used the shower it flooded into the 2 downstairs rooms and damaged the ceilings and walls and flooded he rooms.
The plumbers were to install new plumbing into an upstairs room and they drilled into the back of an electrical plug and worked without drop cloths and did not move my living room furniture and my entire living rooms was covered in dust. He showed no remorse and told me he would call me to fix the problems and has disappeared with my money.
