Public Toilets - MOST Disgusting

My husband needed to use the Public Toilet urgently. Firstly struggled to find out were the rest rooms were and when finally reaching them found the most revolting site. Toilets were extremely dirty, no toilet paper or Toilet paper holders the doors did not work the toilet seats and covers broken. Tapes out of order no signs to indicate anything! This Centre surly has a Cleaning crew? How do things get so out of order. The Centre needs to look at the situation other wise they will start loosing clients and the image your advertising is unacceptable. Were does the Store Staff go do they also use the same Public Toilet area! The department of Health & Safety needs to make a point of going out and having a good look at the circumstances under which this Centre is operating. Extremely bad hygiene.
