About two weeks ago i was looking for an apartment to rent and as i was in PE i started searching in the net for one. Then i saw beautiful pictures for an apartment in Eslpark Graceland Estates under Rawson properties, i then Called this lady that i was interested in it and i want to move in in March, but i'm in PE so i can only see the place on the first of march, she then said its ok but edged me to transfare deposit as this place might be taken. I transfare R8400 into their account just to make sure that i book it. Friday when i went to look at the place, i found that it was not how it looked like on the pictures, i mean the place is very dirty and delapidated cleary maintanace is not being done on the primeses, paints peelling off the walls and you could also see from the care-taker's office is in a shambolic state. So i was not happy at all and i called off the deal. I have never signed any of their contracts or agreements whatsover, but now they are refusing to transfare my money back in full claiming that they are charging me for the contacts. How on earth can you be charged for contracts that were even amended hand written which show it was a bloodytemplate and that i did not even sing
