Just Letting
'Just letting down' Take my money but no service

I have been using just letting to rent my place. I moved in in October and to date non of my issues have been attended to. My utilities have been cut due to previous tenants bills being in arrears. I am also having issues contacting the agent, Louise as she's always out when I call and never answers her cellphone. She occasionally responds to SMS.

The utility bill does not reach me and I have requested her assistance. Just letting is just letting me down and would not recommend them to anyone else. I have so far made all the contact with the company and they have no support.

When I just moved in the place was over run with flees, one of my cats had an allergic reaction which has cost me more than R 4000 on medical bills and fumigation materials as the promises of sending pest control is still waiting. There are many other issues I have with the place which have been communicated the day I moved in and so far no action has been taken.

This is the poorest most unprofessional service I have ever experienced and will advise all friends, family and acquaintances not to use their pathetic service. Really disappointed.
