Just Letting still useless and still thieving

End of October 2013 I had to give Just Letting notice since they couldn't care less if I got my rent each month or not.
So end of November 2013 the just letting tenants moved out... I had to pay a cancellation fee of almost R4000 to cancel my contract with just letting which I don't know why since they couldn't get me my rent each month as per our contract, but was very happy taking R670 each month from whatever the tenant paid in and I had to be happy with the change...
now its the beginning of February 2014 Just Letting still hasn't fixed my safety door by the kitchen and still haven't sent anybody out to clean the house as the previous tenant had to pay that out of their deposit right? - So since the house hasn't been clean - please transfer that money to my account and send someone out to fix the kitchen safety door which your tenants damaged.

And please ask Annatjie not to include me her response to this complaint- As I am not in the mood for her "clever" responses. give me the money that was allocated to clean the house and fix the safety door by my kitchen which like I said - your tenants damaged- ask the contractor you sent out to do the inspection about it...
