RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

Anna Rossoue biggest bunch of incompetent people ever.we gave notice but were only allowed to move into the new place on the 1st march she said we must be out 28th feb byu 12:00? told her the situation she said not her problem, weoffered to pay occupational rent fo the one day but was a concept that was beyond her, agreed to bring her the keys when we were done on the first, however on the day she turned up wiht the tenatn told me what a pig sty the place was? coz u can keep a place clean while u moving usually u clean it when everthing out then demanded the key? she then left a hour later turned up with all the tenants who procedded to ove there things in and told us she must get the out as our contract was over and that she was done with us and we would not recive our depoit back??? just overall rude and disgusting manners my advice NEVER use them for any rentals they dont know what they are doing
