Good Luck to all using the services of JUST LETTING VAAL, for renting out their properties... The in going inspection for the new tenants was done a week after they moved, as the letting agent was drinking beer with the tenant outside the house (much nicer than doing the actual work i guess) in resulting me in having to pay for the damaged wall, I'm not expecting any response as it will be useless in any case, the customer service centre is also of no help at all! just glad i took my property away from JL!!! Such amateur service is not on!
