FAILURE TO DO MAINTENANCE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ACT

I currently rent a property with the above mentioned property developers and within three months they are failing to do maintenance to simple things, simple things to them yes, but they hinder my life when R5000 rent is paid every month. i have been complaining since Jan 2013 to date they keep saying that they will send contractors soon etc but they never do. They are in breach of contract. If you draw up a lease agreement, you are also entitled to bring your part, not just me by paying rent. I am so sick of them and i NEED ANSWERS else i want a rent decrease or an incentive like a garage, because i dont see why i must pay so much when they dont bring their part.
