Not paying rent &utilities and very bad attitude

Gerard Naude rented a property from us on a plot in Marister in June 2013. He sighed a lease for 1 year.
And then he started his business" The beaver box" on the property, From the first month the rent was late and after that we had numerous problems to get the rent, He and his business partner Joan (also his girlfriend) made big promises to pay every day and when we phone they got all excuses of why it is not paid. He was given notice on the 1st of October 2013
. In the meantime he and his partner Joan who is also doing his admin refuse to pay the rent, he also refuse to move and keep on doing his business from our property. We are in the process of selling the property, They are mean and rude to our agent and all the neighbors around the property that complain about the drinking and fighting and excessive noise that going on day after day..
