Just Letting
Full of promises and cant delive

Because I could not show a proof of income I paid 8 months upfront for rent plus deposit etc. In the lease agreement as well as verbal agreement of maintenance on the property to be done as soon as money was paid, has never been repaired. We have been living on premises for 3 months now and the only thing they have done is half fix all the leaking taps and 2 locks on garage door which took weeks of complaining to get this done. The main gates have never been repaired, never put up a washing line, full garden clean. We don't even have a front door key.

I have complained on numerous occasions and the maintenance team at Just Letting tell me that this is the owners problem and not theirs.

I feel as I signed an agreement with Just Letting that this should be there responsibility.
