Rent Secure a waste of money & breach of contract

I signed a contract with Just Letting Centurion to rent out my house and signed a Rent Secure contract as well as requesting 3 monthly home inspections. It is almost the end of the month and all I hear from Just Letting is that the tenant has not paid. No extra information, no effort from them to keep me informed on what is going on, just SILENCE. Plus the much anticipated 3 month inspection has not happened and no news on that either.

Don't waste your money with Rent Secure and don't bargain on those inspections. It all looks impressive but if you are (like me) unable to be close to the property and manage it yourself, rather find someone else.
