We are Robbed by AFHCO

I deposited a flat end of May 2012 in JHB CBD owned by AFHCO Properties, i paid the deposit of R4750 excluding my rent, now i moved out on the 1st of February 2013, i am told i am not getting my deposit back and i have to pay R3600 to paint the walls, all in all AFHCO will took my R8350 from my pocket, they say my lease is expiring in May 2013 thats why they dont give me my deposit back, on tolp of the deposit i am not getting back, they want me to pay them R3600 why cant they take the deposit money and paint their cudboards because its not bricks, the dividers are cardboard boxes, when they get dirty you cannot clean them, AFHCO is taking money from people, people please beware of AFHCO they are ripping away our pockets, something needs to be done about these people.
