No Response or respect

I have been contacting Mole since the beginning of Febuary regarding a property that was availble, which he then happily said he would contact the tendant to arrange a viewing. he never replied on the texts i sent. I phoned several times to check up with the progress as none was being made. everyday a new excuse was thought out. To my very least expectancy after 2 weeks he tells me, after phoning him once again, that the property has been taken. I asked how this can be possible as i have not heard a word about any application that is awaiting response. He replies with a enfuriating: " He hasn't been the agent for property from the very start". Unacceptable and exhausting. I will effectively refrain from ever dealing with Choprop and advise friends and family to do so as well.
